Surface Restrictions Q&A



Interpretations/Situations/FAQ:

Q1: Does this mean we can do full downs on the basketball court now? 

A: Yes.

Q2: Can we perform basket tosses on a rubberized basketball court?

A: No. The surfaces specifically listed are mats, grass and rubberized track.

    Are the new stunts including low level inversions and braced suspended rules allowed on gym floors?

    –Thanks for the new website, it is very help as was the UCA presentation on new rules!!

      There is no additional surface restriction on skills other than those listed in Section “H” so yes, those can be done on the basketball court.

    Just want to make sure I’m reading that right – Full downs are allowed on the basketball court and Btosses are now allowed on a rubberized track?
